Mumbai: Leopard that attacked 7 people in Aarey captured
The leopard that took a 55-year old woman in Aarey completely by surprise by sneaking up on her, has finally been caught. The sub-adult leopard was caught early Friday morning and taken to the Sanjay Gandhi National Park. The woman was lucky to escape with minor injuries after she used a stick to fight it off. In fact, the captured leopard could be linked to at least 7 recent attacks in Aarey Colony including a 5 year old boy. And the latest was an attack on a 19-year-old on Thursday night, just hours before the leopard was trapped. The forest department had set up 4 cages to trap the leopard
